Vibratory Finishing Equipment

Finishers

Finishers

The workhorse of the industry with its ability to handle the widest range of applications (from china plates to heavy castings) and capacities (ranging from 1.5 to 90 cubic feet), through customization, economy, ancillary equipment and automation.

Optional internal separation eliminates the need for unloading by hand. Many other optional features allow for precise customization.

Combination Finishers/Dryers Combination Finisher/Dryers

Combine a Vibratory Finisher and Vibratory Dryer into one machine and you will profit by saving on floor space, operating cost, and initial investment. A Combo machine entails fitting a Finisher with an unlined outer channel and a heat system.

After a batch within the finisher channel is complete, it can then be screened and unloaded into the dryer channel where it typically travels around one pass, screens and then exits the machine.

Helix Finishers

Helix Finishers (Multi-Channel)

This multi-channel finisher is ideal for smaller parts that need processes such as washing, descaling, polishing, or minimal burr removal. With continuous cycle times ranging from 2 to 25 minutes the Helix finisher allows for process flexibility.

Because channel sizes range from 2 to 9 inches, depth of mass is relatively low, so only small burrs are removed. Our design differs from the competition in two ways. First, the Helix internally separates the media from the parts, eliminating external separation equipment. Second, the mass spirals inward, allowing parts to be loaded on the outer channel rather than requiring expensive material handling to load the inner-most channel. These machines are built to suit whatever process you may have.

Long Radius Finishers

Long Radius Finishers

With a greater diameter, heavier structure and more powerful drive, this type of finisher provides a higher amplitude for faster finishing and/or steel media processes. Its longer cycle is optimal for continuous processes.

Improved upstream part manufacturing has reduced burr size, but edge-break is frequently still required. A long radius finisher is practical for single pass finishing such parts.
