Rodeco 254 - Powdered Burnishing Compound

Powdered alkaline burnisher which creates a think foam for highly polished surfaces on ferrous parts. Especially effective in barrel finishing operations. The pH is 9.2

Description: Mildly alkaline blend of soaps, wetting agents and soil suspension agents. White and yellow powder with a low bulk density. The pH is 9.2.

Application: RODECO 254 is designed for use in vibratory and tumble finishing processes. It is used to develop a highly polished surface finish on clean ferrous metals when using the correct media.

Recommended Dilution: In a closed system, 2-4 ounces per gallon of water should be used.

Disposal: RODECO 254 is biodegradable and contains no critical materials. To the best of our knowledge, it is safe to flush water solutions of RODECO 254 into sanitary sewer system.
